Pre-fabricated walls for in-ground weighbridge installation
Pre-fabricated walls are an innovative solution for in ground weighbridge installation. Pre fabricated walls is a cost effective and time saving solution since the client does not have to wait for the concrete to be fully dried. High quality concrete C40 is used and prepared in a covered area. The procedure is simple; Before installing the scale the pit has to be excavated, and a reinforced concrete platform of 250mm must have been prepared according to Leon Engineering drawings. Following, the technicians can proceed with the installation of the pre-fabricated walls and the weighbridge. Unattended Terminal LD5218 allows 24 hours, 7 days a week weighing operations without the need of weighbridge operator. Due to the system’s easy interface it is totally operated by the truck driver. The systems consist of a weather-proof panel, LD5218 weighing indicator, proximity reader and panel mounted printer. There is no need to spend extra money for a control room.
